The Company provides a referral service to assist individuals and families in identifying potential senior care and housing options. The Service is for informational and referral purposes only. We do not provide, endorse, or guarantee the quality of medical, legal, or professional services. We are not a licensed healthcare provider, a medical facility, or an employer of caregivers.

3. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AND RELY ON ANY INFORMATION OR REFERRALS PROVIDED AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.

The Company performs a pre-screening and verification process on the facilities and caregivers in our network. However, we do not perform comprehensive background checks on every individual caregiver. We do not inspect facilities, monitor their day-to-day operations, or ensure their ongoing compliance with state regulations.

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided on the Website or by our representatives. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legal compliance of any third-party care provider or facility.
• No Medical or Legal Advice: The information provided through our Service, including any referrals, is not medical or legal advice. You must consult with qualified professionals (e.g., a physician, attorney, or financial advisor) before making any decisions related to senior care.
• Your Due Diligence: It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly investigate and verify the background, qualifications, licenses, and references of any senior care provider or facility referred by us. You are responsible for conducting your own in-person visits and interviews to ensure the provider is a suitable match for your needs.

4. Client and User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to our representatives when requesting referrals. Your ability to receive appropriate referrals is dependent on the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Final Decision: You acknowledge that the final decision to select and contract with a senior care provider is yours alone. You agree that the Company will not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses arising from your use of a referred service provider.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, including those of the senior care providers we refer. These links are provided for your convenience. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content.

6. Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance

You understand that in the course of using our Service, you may provide us with sensitive information, including protected health information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information.
